First Contact
At this stage, we are very happy to not only learn your particular requirements but spend time answering any questions you may have whether it be regarding renting a property or about Bristol and its surrounds. We will:
- Discuss your requirements and give details of suitable properties.
- At this stage (and at any other time) provide any information regarding the locality and its amenities that will be helpful to your decision making
- Undertake to keep you informed of further suitable properties as they come on our register.
Once a Suitable Property Is Found
When you have decided on a particular property, the process to your moving in normally takes about a week. However, if it is necessary, we can do it in 24 hours! We will:
- Clearly explain terms of tenancy, monies payable and procedure to your moving in.
- Take up references as swiftly as possible.
- Forward tenancy agreement and other documentation for you to review and ask any questions prior to moving in.
- Arrange to meet you at the property, hand over the keys and generally show you where everything is.
- Arrange, on your behalf, for all services to be transferred into your name.
- Where we manage the property, continue to be your point of contact for any repairs or queries during the tenancy.
