Bill and Carla Peters, who each have over twenty five years experience in the property services field, started Jubilee Property Services in 1990. Bill, a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents, has an extensive background in property management and Estate Agency. Carla, who holds a diploma in Residential Letting and Management and is a former Legal Executive, has many years' experience in the legal aspects of property transactions.
